Biography

Somewhere in the suburbs of Long Island, NY comes a young entrepreneur by the name of Ross Thomas aka Rouges P. Since the mid-1990s, after a stint in the US Army and crawling his way through the streets, Rogues began his climb in the music industry. He started out writing poetry at a very young age, entering and winning writing contests across Long Island. Around 1997, he entered a few talent shows and was often told how good he was. Rogues states “Everyone that knew me told me that I was good and with a little more practice I could make a name for myself.” He decided then to take all the advice and constructive criticism he could and keep it in mind and grow as an artist.

Since then, he has performed nationally and overseas.  With that, he was a special guest performer on the Shut Em Down Tour along with Black Rob, Rah Digga, Mr. Cheeks of The Lost Boyz, and countless others, performed at TGI Friday's in Westbury, NY, and the legendary BB King's Blues Club in Times Square, NY. He has headlined a Cancer Benefit in March of 2018 in Spanaway, Washington, and organized the Dementia Awareness Benefit Event on Long Island, NY in October 0f 2018. Also, he recently performed on a float for the White Plains Juneteenth Parade & Festival alongside the legendary Rah Digga in White Plains, NY on June 8, 2019. He also performed at the Mount Vernon City Fest on September 14, 2019, with legends T-Ski Valley, Intro, Ruff Endz, Nice and Smooth, Petawane, reggae sensation Serani, and Yonkers own, the legendary DMX. Rogues P is currently promoting his single “Your Desire” ft. Scotty Mac on all major digital music platforms and will be on tour in the future. Recently, he became the Brand Ambassador for Denim Vodka which will be available in stores soon, and was added to the management roster of Douglas Oliver and Craig Brown Entertainment.

To add even more growth, Rogues partnered with west coast artist Tha Artist Kali to collaborate on the theme song for the independent film "The Alliance", directed by Robert Butler. Alongside his artist Scotty Mac, Kali, and west coast rapper Alex "Bugsy" Johnson, they recorded the song "We Hustlen" for the movie soundtrack. Within a short period of time, the soundtrack won 13 awards, and Rogues was recognized with an individual award for being a featured artist on the soundtrack. Also, he became the owner of a brand new clothing company "DRR Royal Garments", which promotes custom clothing to your needs. Two major accomplishments indeed. With the growth he’s shown as an artist and businessman, Rogues catchphrase “They Know Me” is most definitely appropriate. Be on the lookout for this growing artist and businessman as he and his team are sure to take the world by storm.
